How to order

By Phone:  Call +86 755 61120085, during our normal business hours of8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Beijing Time) Monday through Friday. A knowledgeable Customer Service representative will assist you.

By Fax:  Dial +86 75561120055.  Faxed orders areaccepted 24 hours a day, but orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will notbe processed until the following Monday.

By Email:  Send to sales@med-linket.com . As with faxed orders, any emailedorders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will not be processed until thefollowing Monday.

Payment Methods

Wire Transfer:  If you would like to remit payment directlyto our bank, please call the phone number(s) above to request our bankinformation.  When requesting our bankinformation, please have your Sales Order number ready.  To expedite the payment process, pleasereference the Sales Order number on the transfer documentation.  A processing fee of $25.00 will be added totransfers less than $1,000.00.

Returns

All itemsshipped to MED-LINKET, regardlessof purpose, must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or on internaldocumentation with the following:

Any package thatis not marked as specified may be refused delivery or discarded.

For all warranty return items, prior authorization to return merchandise must be obtained bycontacting MED-LINKET l andrequesting an RMA# (Return Material Authorizationnumber).  This number must appear on theoutside of the shipping container or on the documentation that accompanies theshipment.  Once an RMA# is issued the items must be returned to MED-LINKET within 30 days, or the RMA# will be cancelled and a new number mustbe issued.

Shortages:  MED-LINKET will not be responsible for short-shippeditems that are not reported within three (3) business days of delivery.

Freight Charges & Restocking Fee: Customer is responsible for all transport cost related to the return ofitems under warranty or for repair. We cannot reimburse freight costs or otherrelated transport costs for any returned goods. Under no circumstances is any third party authorized to use MED-LINKET’s DHL, TNT, UPS and Federal Express account numberswithout the prior written consent of MED-LINKET.  Freightcollect shipments are not accepted.  If MED-LINKET determines that returned items are coveredunder warranty, then the items will be shipped back to customer freight prepaidvia DHL,TNT, UPS and Federal Express .If items are not covered under warranty, customer is responsible for returnshipping costs.  Overstock returns within90 days will be charged for a 25% or 50% (within 6 months) administration fee.Merchandise returned due to customer order error will be charged for 10%(within 15 days) or 20% (within 90days) administration fee.  Med-Link will not accept returns after 6months from the delivery date.

Credit:  Some items, such as specialorders, are not returnable. All returned goods should be in saleable conditionand in the original packaging.  Creditwill only be issued upon receipt and inspection of items, and is subject to MED-LINKET approval.
