By Fax: Dial +86 755 61120055. Faxed orders are accepted 24 hours a day, but orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
By Email: Send to sales@med-linket.com. As with faxed orders, any emailed orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Payment Methods
Wire Transfer: If you would like to remit payment directly to our bank, please call the phone number(s) above to request our bank information. When requesting our bank information, please have your Sales Order number ready.
To expedite the payment process, please reference the Sales Order number on the transfer documentation. A processing fee of $25.00 will be added to transfers less than $1,000.00.

Returns
All items shipped to MED-LINKET, regardless of purpose, must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or on internal documentation with the following，Any package that is not marked as specified may be refused delivery or discarded：

RMA Number (This Number will be got from Customer Service Dept. Hot-line: +86 755 61120299-834, E-mail: user02@med-linket.com ).
For all warranty return items, prior authorization to return merchandise must be obtained by contacting Med-Linket and requesting an RMA# (Return Material Authorization number). This number must appear on the outside of the shipping container or on the documentation that accompanies the shipment. Once RMA # is issued the items must be returned to MED-LINKET within 30 days, or the RMA# will be cancelled and a new number must be issued. Shortages: MED-LINKET will not be responsible for short-shipped items that are not reported within three (3) business days of delivery.
Warranty Terms
1. No warranty period for disposable products;
2. 6 months after delivery date for Reusable NIBP Cuff，Reusable ECG，EEG Electrodes and EEG Cord， ESU Pencil and Patient Return Plate Cable;
3.12 months after delivery date for Reusable SpO2 Sensors， SpO2 Sensor Extension Cable， Temperature Probes， ECG Patient Cable and Lead wires, IBP Cable, Temp-Pulse Oximeter.
Freight Charges & Restocking Fee: Customer is responsible for all transport cost related to the return of items under warranty or for repair. We cannot reimburse freight costs or other related transport costs for any returned goods. Under no circumstances is any third party authorized to use Med-Linket’s DHL, TNT, UPS and Federal Express account numbers without the prior written consent of Med-Linket. Freight collect shipments are not accepted.
If Med-Linket determines that returned items are covered under warranty, then the items will be shipped back to customer freight prepaid via DHL, TNT, UPS and Federal Express;
If items are not covered under warranty, customer is responsible for repairing costs and return shipping costs;
Overstock returns within 90 days will be charged for a 25% or 50% (within 6 months) administration fee;
Merchandise returned due to customer order error will be charged for 10% (within 15 days) or 20% (within 90days) administration fee;
Med-Linket will not accept returns after 6 months from the delivery date;
Credit: Some items, such as special orders, are not returnable. All returned goods should be in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Credit will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of items, and is subject to Med-Linket approval.
Shipping
Terms: Shipping charges are not included in the published prices and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges will be added to your Invoice. For prepaid orders, the items will be shipped upon receipt of balance due. For orders on account, items will be shipped as long as credit limits have not been exceeded and the account is not past due.
Same Day Shipping: All in-stock orders received before 1:30 PM (Beijing Time) will be shipped the same day as long as the payment requirements set forth above are met.
Carrier & Rush Orders: Our standard carriers are DHL, TNT, UPS and Federal Express. If an alternate carrier is requested, an administrative fee of $25.00 will be applied to your invoice unless a third party account number is supplied.
Insurance:If customer requests that the shipment not be insured, then both UPS and FedEx will only insure the first US$100.00—MED-LINKET is not responsible for any additional amount and the balance due shown on the Med-Linket invoice must still be remitted in full.
If customer requests that the shipment be insured, the all the insurance fee will be responsible by purchaser.
If a “Commercial Invoice” is requested which excludes such items as taxes or shipping charges, the shipment will be insured for the amount shown on the Commercial Invoice, If the package is lost or damaged, the customer can claim only the amount shown on the Commercial Invoice but will still be held liable for the total amount of the original Med-Linket invoice.
